It has been a while since I wrote my last blog. But I have to admit, I am excited. Because the last time I published one, I was going through the phase of deciding my next step. And here I am as a full-time entrepreneur.

So many things go through my mind. I try to relax as much as possible but I simply can’t. But, the moment I am planning on doing something I feel rushed. And, the moment I do something and it does not go the way I expected I get anxious.

In this blog I reflect on ‘Anxiety, my worst enemy and daily companion.’ Because of reflecting I discovered 3 (life-long) habits that caused my burn-out during the pregnancy.

Ever since I was a little kid, I felt the urge to become successful in life. I have been trying to discover in a split second where this came from, but it required a deep-dive into my childhood.
