I've been writing ever since I was a little girl. From my diary to poems. From lyrics to stories. And everything in between.
Writing has always been there for me. When I felt alone and misunderstood. When I blocked and didn’t know what to do. But, writing became even more important to me in 2020. I crossed my limits way too much, for way too long. As a result, I suffered burnout and anxiety during what was supposed to be the happiest chapter of my life: the pregnancy of my first son.
It was a period that forced me to make life changing decisions, but also a period that forced me to prioritize myself. And even though I've been writing all my life, it was only then I discovered the power of writing.
And I want to share this power with you. Because this, is a power all of us carries with us. Even you.
But I hear you thinking: “how does she guide me through therapeutic writing exercises?” Well…

Therapeutic writing is the groundwork for any transformational journey. And, the creative process of self-discovery. It is a safe space to express yourself while tapping into your truth; there is just you, your pen and paper.
